My client is looking for an ambitious and proactive telecoms Provisioning Project Co-ordinator that will manage the customer relationship from the time the order is placed to the point of activation and the customer is live on their own unique FTTP network. The successful candidate will have responsibility for coordinating and monitoring the execution of fibre broadband orders and installations in a timely manner.
The role is based in their offices in stylish Regent’s Street area of London.
What You Will Be Doing – Responsibilities
•Managing customer and client relationships during the provisioning process
•Work within the system workflows to process orders of fixed line telecoms services with customers, email, or telephone call.
•Work with customers, vendors, and internal engineering resources to progress the order, to overall project manage orders with importance of getting the customer connected.
•Escalate issues and use tenacity to overcome provisioning related issues to meet connection demands.
•Work in partnership with other departments to ensure successful outcomes and provide an excellent customer experience.
•Arranging surveys and access to the premises through managing agents/building managers dealing with wayleaves through Managing Agents/Solicitors/Landlords.
•Execute and track provisioning orders and/or co-ordinates partner activity to ensure completion on time.
•One key element is rapidly progressing wayleaves with landlords, which is fast becoming our USP in dealing with wayleaves in an accelerated manner- this will be a key component to the role.
•Project manage very large full building connection under special projects banner, this involves collaboration both within the company and more importantly external suppliers.
What Do You Need – key skills
•A good knowledge telecoms services, ideally have experience of provisioning fixed line services
•Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness
•Ability to assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations to resolve the problem.
•Ability to troubleshoot potential or real service issues and to initiate and/or provide support for escalations
•Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks. Ability to then make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the customer requirements
•Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.
•Have a fabulous ‘can do’ attitude to achieve the customer requirements including a great communicator
•Demonstrate an interest in current industry trends in Telecoms and IT
•Have a good understanding and or experience with project managing large telecom projects
