Our client is a new provider of a key technology service to business in Central London, looking to expand its field sales team.  With a compelling new pricing and service model, this company has been rapidly expanding its client base and you too can be part of this tremendous success story!

Our client is installing a game-changing, market disruptive Telecoms technology that will have a profoundly positive impact on the London economy.

We are looking to recruit;

3 x Field Sales Team Managers.

Your core task will be to recruit, develop and lead field sales people positioned in specific sales territories in Inner London. Standard teams will comprise of 10-15 sales people, selling to retail, consumer, business and corporate customers.

The ideal sales manager candidate will have managed teams in face-to-face selling, field marketing, ideally from a technology, IT, Telecoms, Mobile Phone, Office Equipment, Supplies, Franking, Stationery background.

They key sales method employs mixing phone based and local face-to-face, prospect and client meetings via street canvassing, telesales, leafleting, mailshots, social media marketing, business groups, trade associations.

This company is cash rich, autonomous and extremely well-funded, it will be expanding its sales team across London over the next 24 months. You will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to achieve sales targets.

The goal is to drive sustainable sales through strong relationships with new clients. The company is looking for people who are highly motivated to succeed today, but are looking to build a long term future with the company.

Although the role is initially focused on new client acquisition, the second sales phase will generate great opportunities to cross-sell additional value-add products and services. Each sales person and team will build an account base for re-signs and upgrades for years ahead.

Full training will be given as part of a rapid sales development program, placing you in a position to win orders and claim commissions within weeks of joining.

Skills and Qualifications required for Field Sales Team Managers

  • You’ll need to love networking, enjoy presenting, be self-confident and above all be highly driven.
  • As a leader, you must be able to demonstrate a strong career in recruitment, leadership and target achievement of your sales team
  • You should also be able to demonstrate effective use of KPI’s to drive your team to success and report efficiently to senior management
  • In addition, your voice will be heard and respected as you work develop key sales strategies in response to changing market opportunities.

Successful sales people are the driving force behind generating new sales leads and signing up customers and you will be a highly-prized asset to the company.

Consequently you will receive a very competitive salary and un-capped commission plan!
