Clive Jefferys has worked within IT & Telecoms Sales recruitment since 1991, rising from resourcer to senior management in blue chip companies.
He was born in 1966, raised in Kent and educated at Eltham College, graduating in Business Studies at The Hatfield Polytechnic in 1987. He started his career in technology field sales in 1988 and decided to move to the IT recruitment sector in 1991. Joining The Span Consultancy, after a number of acquisitions and mergers, by 2000 he rose to the position of London Divisional Manager at Computer People Plc.
Since 2000, he has concentrated on the Telecoms sector as a single focus, and saw the market opportunity to found JMA in 2003. At JMA Clive has placed 403 people into positions within the Telecommunications industry in roles as diverse as Account Management, Fields Sales, Channel Management, Marketing Management, Sales Management, and Board Level Executives.
